The Shanghai’s Living Tomorrow District capitalizes on the properties natural benefit, water and proximity to mega-scale entertainment. We created a water oriented hallmark district for entertainment, innovation technology, art, residential living, retail, food and beverage, entertainment, and an international health and wellness center.

Just 3 miles from the Shanghai Disney property, the primary element is a water oriented community with a multitude of dense and diverse uses within a compact, walkable and navigable water taxi environment. The district includes uses, such as: major retail, entertainment, live performance, an art and culture district, and an innovation technology business district.

Sustainable and green practices permeate every element of the district and showcases “Whole Living” practices. This project serves as a catalyst for the revitalization, entertainment, and economic development for this Shanghai region.
