Boulevard Properties provided leadership in positioning a large East Coast development company in a new real estate product direction – large scale integrated-use development and operations, and project visioning for the Mosaic Town Center. Drawing its inspiration from Santana Row, the Mosaic Town Center is a main street focused development located in the Falls Church, Virginia and within the metropolitan are of Washington D.C.

The Mosaic Town Center is a medium density development, focused on a diversity of product offerings organized to maximize a social and cultural oriented experience with access to urban parks and plazas, theaters, retail, residential and office in a synergistic neighborhood environment.
