Build great neighborhoods

Santana Row, Silicon Valley

From 1998 to 2002, Santana Row was conceived and built as the first large-scale mix-use district in North America. With over 18 blocks and a vision to create one of the greatest streets in America, it is now the social and cultural hub for Silicon Valley and the San Francisco South Bay. It has become the place where people want to be. It serves as the “third place” for over 13.0 million visitors per year and has had a consistently growing patronage year over year.
